China’s US $3 bln Offer for Platinum Raises Tension
The Zimbabwe Independent reports that China has offered $3bln US for platinum reserves, which is stirring controversy.

The deal with China, through the Export-Import bank of China (China Eximbank), gives Zimbabwe US$3 billion to resuscitate its economy wrecked by extended years of bad policies and mismanagement.
