Benton Resources Corp (CVE:BTC) and Platinum Group Metals Ltd. (TSE:PTM) (AMEX:PLG), based in Vancouver, BC and Johannesburg South Africa, have signed a binding agreement granting PTM the exclusive right to earn up to a 75% interest in Benton's Bark Lake platinum-palladium project.
